Account creation is handled by your VisitSync administrator.
Self-service registration is disabled. New organizations, users, plans, and site access are created manually in Supabase after billing is confirmed through the approved bank payment process.
Provisioning checklist
Complete these records in Supabase before giving a user access.
- 1Create or select the organization and subscription ledger.
- 2Create the site and connect it to the organization.
- 3Create the Supabase auth user.
- 4Create the app user profile with site_id, role, and owner status.
- 5Confirm the user can sign in and only sees their assigned site.
